DONATIONS MADE TO NSW ELECTION CAMPAIGNS

Women’s Forum Australia is a non-partisan organisation, but may incur “electoral expenses” in its work to advocate for women and girls and inform voters about where the parties stand on women’s issues.

This amount may be used for electoral campaign expenses.

NSW electoral law limits donations to a maximum of $3,300 per candidate or third party campaigner.

Donations totalling $1,000 or more must be disclosed to the NSW Electoral Commission within 21 days.

By making a donation on this form I declare that:

- if this donation is made in an individual capacity, I am enrolled on the electoral roll or I have supplied to the NSW Electoral Commission identification that is acceptable to the NSW Electoral Commission showing my full name and an Australian residential address; or if the donation is made by an organisation, the ABN provided is true and accurate.

- this donation is not made by or on behalf of a "prohibited donor" (being a property developer', 'tobacco industry business entity' or 'liquor or gambling industry business entity'), or a 'close associate' of a 'prohibited donor' as defined in Division 6 of Part 3 of the Electoral Funding Act 2018 (NSW).

- To the best of my knowledge, I have not already gifted donations to three or more third-party campaigners in the 2022/23 financial year, as prohibited by section 25 of the Electoral Funding Act 2018 (NSW).

Donations of $2 or more to Women’s Forum Australia are tax-deductible.

If you do not wish to make this declaration you can still donate to Women’s Forum Australia using the donate page on the homepage womensforumaustralia.org rather than this donor page.
