This election is critical.
All over the world women and girls are being stripped of their sex-based rights and protections, as biological males are allowed to self-identify as female, and access their spaces, services, activities and opportunities.
The Government and politicians elected for the next four years will decide on critical issues for women and girls across New South Wales.
- In Victoria, a biological male rapist who self-identifies as a woman is being housed in a women's prison.
- In the United Kingdom, a transgender patient raped a female patient in a single-sex female hospital ward.
- In Canada, trans-identifying male sexual predators have gained entry into women's refuges.
Don't let what's happened in other parts of Australia and overseas, happen in NSW.
This election, make an informed decision about which parties are supporting the rights of women and girls.
Women's Forum Australia proposes the following as a guide to understanding how the political parties of NSW stand in support of women and girls in relation to the four aspects of the Women's Pledge.
