At 10am on Monday 27 March, Victorian Liberal Party MPs will vote on Opposition Leader John Pesutto’s motion to expel Moira Deeming from the party based on her involvement in Kellie-Jay Keen’s #LetWomenSpeak event in Melbourne and false accusations that she is associated with Neo-Nazis and far right extremists.

It was an all-male pile-on to shut down women’s voices at the #LetWomenSpeak rally in Melbourne over the weekend. Moira Deeming has been threatened by trans activists, drowned out by Neo-Nazis, and is now being cancelled by Leader of the Opposition, John Pesutto.

A state Tribunal has denied Launceston woman Jessica Hoyle’s appeal (which was made in conjunction with LGB Alliance Australia) to obtain an exemption under Tasmania’s Anti-Discrimination Act in order to hold a lesbian women only event excluding trans-identifying males.

Facebook has slapped Women’s Forum Australia with censorship restrictions for 30 days. Why? Because apparently saying men can’t get pregnant is hate speech.

A couple of weeks ago we wrote a piece about how the tide of gender ideology is turning in the UK, touching on positive developments like Maya Forstater winning her discrimination case against her former employer who had fired her for her views on biological sex, British Triathlon restricting trans athletes from women’s sporting events, and several British prime ministerial candidates signalling their support for women’s sex-based rights. Since then, in a win for women’s sport, England’s Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League also confirmed that women’s competitions will be restricted to females.

In a win for women and biological reality, the federal government has agreed to replace a government health form that calls mothers “birthing parents” after new mum and Giggle social media app founder Sall Grover decried the language as “exclusionary, alienating and derogatory” towards women.

Things are looking up for women in the UK.

Gender critical women who have always voted for left-wing parties are now finding themselves politically homeless as the parties they traditionally supported are shutting down debate on gender ideology. At the same time, the growing agitation over conflicts between newly-crafted transgender rights and long-established women’s rights is uniting women from across the political spectrum to stand up in unison to defend their common cause.
